Welcome to the spectacular 3,200-acre master-planned community of McDowell Mountain Ranch nestled at the base of the McDowell Mountains next to the Sonoran Preserve.

McDowell Mountain Ranch began its evolution in 1995 when the first eight builders began selling homes. In July of 2003 the last community in McDowell Mountain Ranch sold out as sales in Sonoran Estates II were completed. Fourteen of the Valley's top builders constructed almost 4,000 homes in McDowell Mountain Ranch.
